I installed IV and downgraded it, and added mods with no problems besides but then I reinstalled , and now I am stuck on the disclaimer screen. How come it was working fine before, and now I cant even play? I just want to mod GTA IV man
First, I had to download and install the latest G4WL. Once that was done, I logged into G4WL. Next, I went into Steam, right clicked on GTA IV and selected properties. Then I clicked on Set Launch Options in the General Tab. In the box provided, I put "-nomemrestrict -norestrictions" (without the quotes) and hit okay, then hit close.

It used to work. Downgraded to 1.0.7.0 like always on a fresh install, disabled full screen optimizations, yaddda yadda. It just closes itself on the legal screen.
